BCFC NCMI Client Referral Form

Bilal Community and Family Centre Newcomer Community Mobilization Initiative (NCMI) is a program that aimed at making services accessed by newcomers, immigrants, and refugees with complex needs by bringing together diverse service providers to support clients encountering system barriers. The initiative does this by facilitating regular support team meetings where we develop and implement client-led case plans and setting goals. We prioritize culturally informed, family-centered, and strengths-based approaches alongside trauma informed care.
